Grace Down Under

There's a grace awakening Down Under. Haven't had a chance to visit these personally, but we have had some contact or references on them. So for those of you looking for a grace community in Australia, do check these out. You can also listen to their Christ-centered sermons on their websites.



a. Firstlight Church, Perth

Firstlight initiated its first Grace and Truth Conference in 2011, in partnership with New Creation Church, Singapore. Led by Pastor Richard Tan, formerly from the Methodist church in Singapore.



b. Freedom Life, Perth
Led by Pastor Tony and Robyn Ide.







c. Reho Church of the Nations, Perth

Usually operates as different house groups (clusters) that meet together on Sunday evenings for a time of celebration. A church plant out of Harvest Christian Church, South Africa.




d. Citywide Church, Melbourne

Led by Pastor Robert Albano. Has a course called "Starting Point", a 10-session course on how the finished work of the cross and resurrection relates to everyday life.




e. International Baptist Church, Melbourne

Very unassuming website, so not much is known about it except that it says it seeks to grow in the knowledge of God's unconditional love and freedom from spiritual rules and condemnation, while focusing on acceptance in Christ.




f. The Lighthouse Christian Church, Sydney

Led by Paul and Monika Zanard.




g. The Promise Centre, Waga Waga, NSW

Led by Senior Minister Rob Cunningham. We were linked to them by Paul Anderson-Walsh, who has been teaching there too. I personally like their "Statement of Belief".
